Cationic Peptides are an important component of the innate defense of all species of life. Different peptides may have antibacterial, anti-endotoxic, antibiotic-potentiating or anti-fungal properties. Mycoxpert inhibits growth of pathogens causing microbial diseases in fishes/shrimps and tortoise including vibriosis, Necrotic enteritis, Aeromonas septicaemia, enterogenic septicaemia (Edward Siellosis), Enteric Red mouth Disease (Yersiniosis), sekitambio Red mouth Disease (Pseudomonas’s) flevono-bacteriosis), fish tuberculosis and nocardiasis, strepto/sraplylo/lacto/aerococcus infections (Abscesses on visceral organs) Thus it is used for prevention of bacterial diseases of aquaculture Fishes/shrimps and tortoise etc. Especially in cases where antibiotic resistance has occurred in the above mentioned bacterial disease organisms (pathogens).

PSEUDOMONAS FLUORESCENS
👉Causes pseudomonas septicemia mainly in general pond fish, seldom in salmonids.
👉normally a secondary invader, hard to distinguish from Aeromonas septicemia, not a huge concern in fish.
👉Diagnosis: isolation from kidney on TSA or BHI; confirmation via serology no help
👉Control: remove stressor, drug therapy as with other G-(oxytet @50-75 mg/kg/f/day for 10 days); no vaccine yet.
Epizootiology: worldwide in fw/sw, all fish susceptible but mainly ww, problem for aquarium fish.
👉reservoirs: mud and water; infected or carrier fish and others (frogs).
👉transmission: horizontal, no vertical.
👉environment: stress, mainly elevated temps.
👉Pathology: in catfish, largely hemorrhaging and necrosis of internal orgs, external lesions, loss of pigmentation; individuals can withstand large losses, bone exposure.

< Instruction Of Using MYCOXPERT AQUA >
Direction of use:-
✔ Prevention: 50 gram /100000 liters of water/day (dilute 50gm into 500lit)
for 12hrs and after that add prepared culture into pond/aquarium) once a
week
✔ Uses in feed- 50gm powder dilute into 5lit of water for 12hrs, after 12 hrs
spray the culture on 1000kg (1 ton) of feed once a week.
✔ Treatment: Use as per guided above for 8 days and then continue once a
Week.
उपयोग की दिशा:-
✔ रोकथाम: 50 ग्राम / 100000 लीटर पानी / दिन (50 ग्राम को 500 लीटर में डायल्युट करें)
12 घंटे के लिए और उसके बाद तैयार कल्चर को तालाब में डालें सप्ताह में एक बार
✔ फ़ीड में उपयोग- 50 ग्राम पाउडर 12 घंटे के लिए 5 लीटर पानी में डायल्युट करें, 12 घंटे के बाद
सप्ताह में एक बार 1000 कि.ग्रा. (1 टन) फ़ीड पर कल्चर का छिड़काव करें।
✔ उपचार: ऊपर बताए अनुसार 8 दिनों तक प्रयोग करें और फिर सप्ताह में एक बार जारी रखें ।
