Flies undergo a four-phase life cycle, starting as eggs and progressing through larval and pupal stages before emerging as adults. The cycle begins when a fertilized female finds a suitable spot to lay her eggs, typically in organic material that will serve as food for the hatching larvae. Examples of egg-laying sites include trash piles, feces, or damp, decomposing organic matter.
In some instances, fertilized eggs hatch within 24 hours. The newly hatched larvae then feed on the organic material for several days to weeks, accumulating enough nutrients for their upcoming pupal stage. Once fully grown, the larvae leave their food source and search for dry, dark locations to pupate. During this pupal stage, they undergo significant development, transforming from legless larvae into adults with six legs, compound eyes, and wings. The duration of development from egg to adult varies based on species, environmental factors, and food availability. Under favorable conditions, some flies can complete their development in just a few weeks.

कुछ मामलों में, प्रार्जित अंडे 24 घंटे के भीतर अंकित हो जाते हैं। अंकित होने के बाद, लार्वा जैविक सामग्री पर खाना खाता है। मक्खी की लार्वा कई दिनों से कई सप्ताहों तक खाती है, जब तक उनके आगामी पुपा चरण के लिए पर्याप्त प्रोटीन और पोषण जमा नहीं हो जाता। जब लार्वा बड़ी हो जाती है, तो वह अपने खाने के स्रोत को छोड़कर और अपने आगामी पुपा चरण के लिए सूखे, अंधेरे स्थानों की खोज करती है। पुपा चरण के दौरान, मक्खियों का विकास लार्वा से लार्वा को छोड़कर छः पैर, समाघुनी आंखें और एक पैर के पंखों वाले पूरे वयस्कों में होता है। अंडे से वयस्क बनने तक का विकास का समय जाति, पर्यावरणीय स्थितियों और खाद्य की प्रचुरता पर निर्भर करता है। कुछ मक्खियाँ यदि स्थितियाँ अनुकूल हों तो कुछ हफ्तों में ही अपने विकास को पूरा कर सकती हैं।

नमस्ते पोल्ट्री किसान भाइयों,
पिछले 6 महीने से मैं लगातार Larvafreez-Plus अपने मुर्गियों को दे रहा हूँ। इसका असर मुझे साफ़ दिखा – मुर्गियों का पाचन बहुत अच्छा रहा। जब पाचन अच्छा रहता है तो उनकी बढ़त भी तेज़ और सही तरीके से होती है।
Larvafreez इस्तेमाल करने के बाद मुझे पानी में अलग से सैनिटाइज़र या एसिडिफ़ायर डालने की ज़रूरत नहीं पड़ी। बस यही एक प्रोडक्ट काफी है। इससे क्या होता है – मक्खियों का लार्वा बनने की प्रक्रिया ही रुक जाती है, और जब लार्वा नहीं बनता तो मक्खियाँ भी नहीं बढ़ पातीं।
